Enquiries and trip briefings collect your name, email, optional phone number, language, dates and wishes; a briefing also includes destination, package, guest count and budget. Booking requests include the selected service and reservation details. Accounts use name, email and authentication information. Required fields are identified in the forms. Technical service providers may process IP addresses, device information and security logs.
Purposes and legal grounds
Data is used to reply to your request, prepare a proposal, manage an account or reservation and protect the service. Request and contract handling generally relies on pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract; security may rely on legitimate interests and legal records on legal obligations. Consent applies where required for optional processing, not as a condition for necessary cookies. The operator must confirm the applicable grounds for each activity.
Recipients, AI and transfers
Authorised team members access enquiries and reservations. Technical services include Lovable Cloud, the Lovable AI Gateway and its OpenAI model, media delivery and Google Fonts; Google or Lovable sign-in is used only if you choose it. AI preferences are sent for suggestions from the published catalogue: avoid health, payment or identity details. AI suggestions do not confirm a booking or make a legally binding decision. The complete provider list, locations and any non-EEA transfer safeguards must be confirmed; no EU-only hosting guarantee is made.
Retention and security
Access to enquiries and reservations is restricted to authorised team members. Retention periods for enquiries, accounts, bookings, logs and backups have not yet been confirmed; no automatic deletion schedule is currently represented here. The operator must set periods based on purpose and applicable obligations and document deletion procedures.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Send requests through Contact; verification may be needed. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, with permitted extensions explained. You may complain to the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your competent supervisory authority.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser storage for your chosen language (sv-lang), sign-in session when you sign in, and this cookie choice (ldv-cookie-choice, six months). Necessary storage does not require optional-cookie consent. The site currently activates no optional analytics or advertising trackers.
