The site presents destinations, guides and concierge services. An enquiry or booking request is not a confirmed reservation or a concluded purchase. Availability, final price, scope and any supplier conditions must be agreed expressly before confirmation. Online payment and guide downloads are not currently enabled.
Responsible use
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details and use the site lawfully. Do not submit harmful content, interfere with security or collect other visitors’ data. AI suggestions are informational and may be inaccurate; confirm important details with the concierge. External sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Content and consumer rights
Site content, photographs and guides may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Reuse requires permission unless allowed by law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Service-specific sales, cancellation, refund and withdrawal terms and applicable mediation details must be provided before any consumer contract; these website terms do not replace them.
Questions and changes
Use Contact for questions or complaints. Updates apply from their stated date and do not retroactively alter an agreed contract. The operator’s legal jurisdiction and appointed consumer mediator, where required, remain to be confirmed; no restriction on mandatory consumer remedies is imposed here.
